With a grounded and approachable teaching style, her offerings invite students to reconnect with themselves through intentional movement, creative exploration, and nervous system support.

She has also completed training in Soul Touch Therapy, bringing a grounded and integrative approach to each session.
Her offerings focus on rest, regulation, and reconnection through sound, breath, and guided stillness - creating space for the body to soften and naturally return to balance.

Courtney is a licensed massage therapist whose work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the body feels safe enough to soften. With a grounded, steady presence and intuitive flow, she creates sessions that support both muscular release and nervous system regulation.
Trained in the same foundational techniques as Olivia, her touch carries the familiar rhythm of the Homebody style - intentional, restorative, and deeply attuned. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through slow, somatic care. She is honored to hold space for your return to rest, rhythm, and inner quiet.

Britt is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with additional training in yoga, Reiki, and trauma- and grief-informed care. Her work carries a common thread: creating space for the nervous system to slow down and for the body’s innate wisdom to be heard.
Through the gentle approach of Craniosacral Therapy, stored emotions, stress, and trauma can begin to “thaw” in subtle yet profound and sustainable ways. Britt honors the body’s natural wholeness and readiness, tailoring each session to meet the unique process of every client.
